About Us

Helping Older Adults Across the Valley Navigate Aging with Confidence, Support, and Connection

The Phoenix Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council is a collaborative network of experienced professionals dedicated to helping older adults and their families make informed decisions as they navigate the aging journey.

We recognize that aging in place looks different for every family. For some, it means staying safely at home with the right support systems in place. For others, it may involve downsizing, transitioning into senior living, navigating healthcare options, or planning financially for the years ahead. No matter the path, our mission is to ensure families don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our leadership team represents a wide range of essential aging-in-place services, including senior placement, downsizing and organizing, medical equipment, home care, health insurance, and reverse mortgage planning. Together, we provide education, trusted resources, and meaningful community connections that empower older adults to maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

We believe successful aging in place requires more than a single service provider — it takes collaboration across every area of support, including:

Housing • Health & Wellness • Financial Planning • Accessibility & Safety • Community & Caregiver Support

Through educational events, local partnerships, professional collaboration, and community outreach across the Greater Phoenix area, we are working to create a stronger support system for Arizona’s aging population and the families caring for them.

At the heart of everything we do is a shared belief: aging should never mean losing connection, choice, or independence. The Phoenix Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council is proud to help older adults and caregivers find clarity, resources, and trusted guidance every step of the way.
