Special Guest Speaker: MaryLea Boatwright Quinn

In March 2022, MaryLea was appointed to lead Georgia’s State Unit on Aging as Assistant Deputy Commissioner for the Division of Aging Services within the Georgia Department of Human Services. In this role, she oversees the administration of Older Americans Act programs delivered through Georgia’s 12 Area Agencies on Aging, as well as Adult Protective Services, Adult Guardianship, a statewide Dementia Team, and other initiatives that promote the health, safety, and independence of at-risk adults living in community. The Division includes more than 400 employees and manages a budget exceeding $121 million.
